Crawley Town dominated with a convincing 3-0 victory over MK Dons in the first leg of their League Two play-off semi-final at The Broadfield Stadium.
The first big chance of the game was for the visitors, with Max Dean seeing his shot being cleared off the line by Will Wright.
However, the Reds broke the deadlock shortly after when Liam Kelly unleashed a powerful first-time shot from just outside the penalty box.
Just before half-time, Jay Williams doubled the lead to 2-0, capitalising on a Wright free kick.
In the second half, substitute Ronan Darcy widened the gap to 3-0, posing a huge challenge for MK Dons to overcome in the upcoming second leg.
Crawley will take their lead into the second leg at Stadium MK on Saturday, which kicks off at 7:45pm.
The winners will face either Crewe Alexandra or Doncaster Rovers in the final at Wembley on 19 May, vying for promotion to League One. The Rovers are in pole position after a 2-0 victory at Crewe in the first leg of their semi-final.
