Holders Manchester City maintain their quest for back-to-back FA Cup triumphs with a narrow 1-0 victory over Chelsea in Saturday's semi-final clash at Wembley.
City dominated the early stages, pressing high and causing defensive concerns for the Blues.
However, it was Nicolas Jackson who registered the first shot on target seven minutes in, albeit a tame effort easily collected by Stefan Ortega.
A sublime pass from Kevin De Bruyne set Phil Foden through on goal, but the Englishman's attempt to round Djordje Petrovic resulted in him being pushed wide, and his subsequent cross was cleared by Marc Cucurella.
Bernardo Silva almost scored but it was cleared off the line by Cucurella, but the offside flag halted any potential danger.
The London side nearly took the lead when Jackson bypassed Ortega, but his pass back into the box was easily cleared.
In the second half, Chelsea started brightly, with Jackson testing Ortega twice in quick succession. Shortly after, Petrovic then made a crucial save to deny Foden at the other end.
Controversy arose when Cole Palmer's free kick struck Jack Grealish's outstretched arm, but VAR deemed it insufficient for referee Michael Oliver to review.
As the game progressed, both teams created chances, but it was City who found the breakthrough in the 84th minute after Bernardo Silva capitalised on a loose ball at the back post to score the winner.
Despite Chelsea's efforts, they couldn't muster a late comeback, allowing City to advance to another FA Cup final.
