        Gabriel Magalhaes withdraws from Brazil squad

        Arsenal's defender Gabriel Magalhães has pulled out of the Brazil squad due to an injury. 

        The announcement came from his national team head coach Dorival Junior on Monday. However, no specifics regarding Gabriel's injury or its extent were provided.

        As a result of his injury, Gabriel will be absent from Brazil's upcoming friendlies against England and Spain. In his absence, Dorival has called Juventus' defender Bremer to fill the void.

        Gabriel has made 38 appearances across all competitions for Mikel Arteta's side this season. Arteta will be hoping for Gabriel's recovery as Arsenal face a crucial game against Manchester City on March 31st.
