Leverkusen can win title next weekend

Kane on target...but Bayern lose again

Harry Kane's 32nd league goal of the season wasn't enough to prevent Bayern Munich slipping to a 3-2 defeat at Heidenheim, to all but hand Bayer Leverkusen the Bundesliga title.

Kane and Serge Gnabry both scored before the break to seemingly put Bayern in the driving seat, but Heidenheim levelled thanks to quick fire goals from Kevin Sessa and Tim Kleindienst, and the latter then netting his side's matchwinner to top off a dismal afternoon for the reigning Bundesliga champions.

With Leverkusen on course for victory at Union Berlin, Bayern have slipped a whopping 16 points behind Xabi Alonso's men with six games to play - and a win for the league leaders against Werder Bremen next weekend will wrap up the title race.

Leaving the club at the end of the season, Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel had already conceded the title to Leverkusen following his side's loss against Borussia Dortmund seven days earlier.

Oh man, what a game! Kane and Gnabry got the job done in the first half, but our defense just couldn't hold on. Disappointing result for Bayern, but congrats to Leverkusen on practically securing the Bundesliga title. It's been a tough season for us, but we'll bounce back next year!

As a Bayern fan, this loss is heartbreaking. We were so close to turning it around, but Heidenheim just wouldn't let us. Congratulations to Bayer Leverkusen, they deserve the Bundesliga title this season. It's disappointing to see Tuchel leaving, but I trust that our team will bounce back stronger next season.

Disappointing result for Bayern, but props to Heidenheim for fighting back and taking the win. It looks like the Bundesliga title is slipping away from us, but we'll keep supporting the team till the very end.

Wow, what a disappointing game for Bayern Munich. Winning the league title seems almost impossible now. At least Harry Kane and Serge Gnabry scored, but it wasn't enough to secure the win. Congrats to Leverkusen for their victory against Union Berlin and likely taking the Bundesliga title. Tuchel's decision to leave at the end of the season just adds to the disappointment.

As a fan of Bayern Munich, this is beyond disappointing. Our team had the lead, but couldn't hold on to it against Heidenheim. And now we're 16 points behind Leverkusen This season has been a complete letdown.
